INGREDIENTS:   Each hard gelatin capsule of 430gm contains:-

Safed Musali 180 mg, Ashwagandaha  80mg,Kapikachhu /kavach 60mg, Shuddha Shilajeet 50mg,Kulinjan 20mg,Shatavari 15mg,Jaiphal 10mg,Javitri 10 mg, Kesar 1.5mg, Svarna Bhasma 1mg, Excipients 2.5mg.

Dosage :  For first 10 days take 2 capsules at bed time with warm milk/water.

                  After 10 days take 1 capsule at bed time with  warm milk/water.
